Fall Photography Opportunities and a SALE

It's time for more shooting suggestions from your friends at Four Rivers Photo.

What a weekend we have coming up. Our area is so beautiful, especially in Autumn. Blue skies, changing leaves and sparkling waters treat us before winter rolls in. Consider the following opportunites before cold weather sneaks back.

  • Chestertown - Downrigging Weekend, October 29 - November 1. Tip: Don't forget to check out Chestertown's farmers market in the Fountain Park starting at 8 am on Saturdays through December. They also have a fun Halloween parade, 10 AM Saturday, October 31.

  • Historic London Town and Gardens - Fall blooming Camelias and 23 acres of beautiful colors await you along the South River. Edgewater, Maryland. Tip: Check out their website and learn about their weekend of activities. Music, costumes and more.

  • Halloween Happening is the eerie event at Anne Arundel County Fairgrounds. Tip: People and Pet photography at it's best. Costumes everywhere. Go wild.

  • The Halloween Cruise In and Car Show - 2 p.m. at the Kent Island Volunteer Fire Department (KIVFD) for $10. Tip: Pay attention to place reflections where you want them. Get down low for unique Points of View.

  • 39th Annual RenFest! Need we say more? Tip: Put down the turkey leg before you get your camera dirty. Go early to catch the King and Queen's entry.

  • Navy Football is home against USF at noon! Tip: Capture all the tailgate the game. Take your longest lens, anticipate direction and speed and capture great action shots of the game.

We're going to need a weekend to recover from our weekend! Good luck! Take great shots. Share a few with us. We'll make sure they are attributed to you and we'll put them in our online gallery.

In case you have allowance saved up...

Service Photo - Baltimore is having their annual SUPER SALE on Friday and Saturday this coming weekend. Nikon NPS reps will be there.

Have a great weekend, Your friends, Chris and Laurie at Four Rivers Photo.
